Coach Tremblay
Sports Performance Specialist |
TREMZ Strength & Conditioning
Charles Tremblay is a certified Sports Performance Coach with advanced credentials through the National Sports Performance Association (NSPA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is also recognized as an EXOS Performance Specialist. With a background in Physical Education from Hudson Valley Community College and more than 10 years of hands-on training experience, Charles has built a proven track record of developing strong, fast, resilient athletes.
